How can I login to my community portal ?

Click login button on main page and enter your credentials. Your account credentials would have been sent to your registered email address from communities@ecm.ae

If you have not received a login ID, write to us at communities@ecm.ae requesting credentials.

If I have forgotten my current password, how can I get a new one ?

At the time of login, please click ‘Forgot Password’, upon which a link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. You may reset your password and login to your account.

How can I change my email address registered with Emaar ?

To change or update your email address, log onto eservice.emaar.com and register your changes.

Alternatively, you can send your updated details to cis@emaar.ae or call us on 800 EMAAR (800 36227).

Where can I find my Property ID ?

You can find your Property ID mentioned on the top right corner of your CSF Invoice.

Can I view my Statement of Accounts online ?

Yes. Click login button on main page and enter your credentials. You can view your Statement of Accounts under the Community Service Fee section.

How can I get a payment receipt ?

Once you log in, go to Community Service Fees and click Statement of Accounts for a view of all your payments made till date. Select a specific payment and click ‘View Receipt’ to see your online receipt. You can download or print for your reference.

I have multiple Emaar properties but at the time of log in, I can see only one property. How can I see all my properties ?

To view details of all your properties together with one login, please ensure that your email address registered with Emaar is the same.

You can view your registered email address on the top right corner of your CSF Invoice .
